JOB SUMMARY 

Are you a tech-savvy individual with a passion for organization and project coordination? 

We are looking for a highly organized and technically proficient individual to join our team as a Technical Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating technical aspects of projects, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration between different teams and departments. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Serve as a liaison between the Development, A.I., IT, and Production teams, facilitating communication and coordination on technical matters. 
• Assist in identifying and addressing technical requirements and challenges across projects, collaborating with relevant teams to find effective solutions. 
• Assist in the planning and execution of technical aspects of projects. 
• Follow up on all project timelines, roadmaps, and schedules to ensure timely completion of technical deliverables. 
• Provide technical assistance and guidance to production teams as needed, helping to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize workflows in tracking data. 
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that technical requirements are clearly defined and met throughout the project lifecycle. 
• Contribute to process improvements and best practices related to technical coordination and support within the organization.

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience. 
• Strong technical background with experience in technical support or coordination, preferably in the Game or VFX environment. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. 
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find effective solutions in a fast-paced environment. 
• Good understanding of VFX processes and terminologies is a plus. 
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is advantageous (Ftrack, ShotGrid…). 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and requirements. 
• Good command of English. 
• Proactive, diligent, and meticulous. 
• Passionate about Film and Computer Graphics in general. 
• Positive, can-do attitude. 
• Remains calm and confident under pressure, copes well with fast-paced environments and short deadlines.
