JOB SUMMARY 

We are seeking a talented and innovative Nuke Compositor TD (Technical Director) with a strong focus on AI, Machine Learning (ML), and advanced scripting techniques. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual effects and a deep understanding of how AI and ML can enhance the compositing process. You will work closely with our compositing team to develop and implement cutting-edge tools and workflows that streamline production and improve the quality of our work. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Develop and integrate AI and ML / Copycat into the Nuke compositing pipeline to automate and enhance various tasks. 
  • Create and maintain custom scripts and tools to improve efficiency and workflow within Nuke. 
  • Collaborate with AI team, compositors, VFX supervisors, and other technical directors to identify and solve technical challenges. 
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and compositing techniques, and apply this knowledge to improve our processes. 
  • Provide technical support and training to the compositing team on new tools and workflows. 
  • Optimize and troubleshoot existing scripts and tools to ensure they are running efficiently. 
  • Participate in the development of new features and enhancements for our in-house compositing pipeline.

JOB REQUIREMENT 

  • Strong understanding of compositing principles and techniques. 
  • Proficiency in Nuke and scripting languages, particularly Python. 
  • Experience with ML frameworks  and their applications in VFX. 
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted compositing workflows, such as copycat 
  • Portfolio demonstrating both compositing and technical abilities.

JOB SUMMARY 

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-5 years of experience in human resources, with a strong grasp of HR operations and a passion for supporting creative teams.  

Experience in the VFX/3D or creative industries is a strong advantage, as you’ll be working closely with artists, designers, and production teams. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

General HR Support 

  • Maintain accurate and updated HR records and files (both physical and digital) with accuracy and confidentiality. 
  • Communicate HR announcements and updates to staff in a timely and professional manner. 
  • Prepare and submit HR reports as required. 
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations. 
  • Assist employees on various HR-related topics such as leave policies and compensation, and resolve any issues that may arise.  
  • Promote HR programs to foster an efficient and conflict-free workplace. 

Recruitment & Onboarding 

  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes.   
  • Coordinate training procedures and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. 

Compensation & Benefits (C&B) 

  • Administer payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and local regulations. 
  • Responsible for declaring dependent registration and personal income tax declaration  
  • Handle social insurance, tax declarations, trade union contributions, and other labor-related payments; coordinate with the insurance authority when needed. 
  • Track and maintain employee leave records (sick leave, annual leave, unpaid leave, etc.). 
  • Ensure all C&B practices comply with local laws and company policies. 
  • Assist employees with inquiries related to salary and benefits.   

Employee Relations & Performance 

  • Act as a contact point for employee concerns and handle issues with discretion. 
  • Assist in resolving employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions. 
  • Support performance appraisal cycles, track evaluations, and assist in improvement plans. 
  • Monitor employee performance and attendance trends to provide timely feedback and support. 

Expat Formalities 

  • Coordinate visa, work permit, and other relevant processes for expatriate staff. 
  • Liaise with government agencies, embassies, and service providers as needed. 
  • Maintain accurate records of expatriate documentation and stay updated on legal requirements. 

Office Administration 

  • Oversee general office operations including supplies, maintenance, and vendor management. 
  • Manage company documentation, permit, and license renewals. 
  • Support HR events, employee engagement activities, and internal communications. 
  • Assist in health and safety compliance and office security measures

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 
  • 2–5 years of HR experience; prior experience in VFX/3D/creative field is an advantage. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, and the national language. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and administrative tools. 
  • Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. 
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to manage discussions with external vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders. 
  • Strong communication abilities, especially in meetings with government departments, artists, and creative professionals. 
  • Independent, organized, and self-motivated working style. 
  • High emotional intelligence, good interpersonal skills, and cultural awareness.
